"Small Changes" is the name of Michael Kiwanuka's long-awaited album, which follows the Mercury Prize-winning and Grammy Award-nominated third LP "Kiwanuka". Building on more serious themes of immigration and community in "Kiwanuka", Kiwanuka's story continues with small, magical changes. Kiwanuka is supported by his co-producers Danger Mouse and Inflo, known from "Kiwanuka" and "Love & Hate". New to this year's album team is the legendary bassist Pino Palladino, who has already accompanied John Mayer, Beyoncé and D'Angelo, as well as Jimmy Jam of the well-known Jam and Lewis duo, which has been heard on Janet Jackson, Prince and SOS Band, among others.

With this album, Michael Kiwanuka once again proves himself to be one of the most talented British songwriters as well as a phenomenal guitarist. The singles "Floating Parade", "Low Down (Part 1)" and "Low Down (Part 2)", which offer a foretaste of "Small Changes" almost a month earlier, present fascinating, calm instrumental parts. With this album, Kiwanuka expresses how important it is to trust yourself and follow your soul.
