Derek and The Dominos‘ 1970 album Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs is being reissued for its 50th anniversary as a deluxe 4LP vinyl set. The original album has been half-speed mastered by Miles Showell at Abbey Road Studios and, being a double, is pressed on two LPs. Two further records of bonus material (not half-speed mastered) make up this 4LP deluxe box set. The vinyl box comes with a 12×12” book of sleeve notes taken from the 40th-anniversary edition.
