"The Eternal Idol" is the thirteenth studio album by the English rock band Black Sabbath and was released in November 1987. It is the first Black Sabbath album with singer Tony Martin.

The reissue from 2025 marks the first time in decades that the album has been released on vinyl and includes the two bonus tracks "Some Kind of Woman" and "Black Moon" on the CD version.
