Tina Turner – Wildest Dreams (30th Anniversary Edition)

Tina Turner's ninth studio album "Wildest Dreams" returns for its 30th anniversary, remastered for the first time and expanded to include rare and unreleased music.

Parlophone will release "Wildest Dreams" (30th Anniversary Edition) in multiple formats, led by a 4CD/Blu-ray collection featuring the remastered version of the 1996 album, a compilation of B-sides and rare tracks, and the previously unreleased concert from July 20, 1996 at Wembley Stadium - mixed by Jon Bailey at AIR Studios in London using the multi-track master.

Recorded in front of a huge London audience during the record-breaking world tour for the album, Turner presents almost two hours of hits from across her career, from 'The Best' and 'What's Love Got To Do With It' to her unique version of 'Proud Mary'. Renowned author and music historian Jason Draper has written the liner notes, which include brand new interviews with Roger Davies, Trevor Horn and Holly Knight.

The concert film "Live in Amsterdam" [formerly known as "Wildest Dreams Tour (Live In Amsterdam)"] makes its Blu-ray debut in this anniversary set, remastered in 96 kHz/24-bit stereo with video upscaled to 1080p. Directed by David Mallet, the nearly two-hour film captures Turner's three-day performance at the Amsterdam Arena in September 1996. It was nominated for Best Long Form Music Video at the 1997 GRAMMY® Awards.

Other versions released on the same day include "Wildest Dreams (2026 Remaster)" on 2LP, CD and digital as well as the 2CD "Wildest Dreams (30thAnniversary Edition)" with the remastered album and rare bonus tracks.

"Wildest Dreams" was released in April 1996 and was created in collaboration with a number of important songwriters and artists, including Bono and The Edge from U2 ("Goldeneye"), Sting ("On Silent Wings"), the Pet Shop Boys ("Confidential"), Sheryl Crow ("All Kinds of People") and Barry White on the duet "In Your Wildest Dreams". In the UK, the album reached number 4 and was certified double platinum, while it reached the top 10 in Australia and several European countries. Its success was the starting signal for the ambitious "Wildest Dreams Tour", the third most successful solo tour at the time, a 16-month tour that took Turner across five continents. When the tour ended in August 1997, she had played 259 concerts in front of more than 4.5 million fans and filled arenas and stadiums worldwide.
