The Dream Chapter: Eternity album was released in two versions (Port & Starboard). Each album contains: a CD, a 108-page photobook, a sticker set, photo card A (1 random out of 6), photo card B (1 random out of 5), TU illustration card.

The albums have a form of a diary that is closed with a silver padlock & a key.
