Mastered from the 2-track masters. Double LP cut at 45 RPM and pressed on 200-gram vinyl at Quality Record Pressings. 

That "Stereo `57 - Essential Elvis Volume 2" could be released at all is nothing short of a miracle. Sound engineer Thorne Nogar, who had a two-track tape running as a backup during the recordings with the "King", marked the tapes "Delete" and gave them to his colleague Bones Howe. He kept them, though, and put them in a locker.
