Elvis' fifth film and his first after his military service was shown in Germany under the name "Cafè Europa". One song on the soundtrack is "Wooden Heart", a cover version of the folk song "Muss i denn, muss i denn zum Städtele hinaus", which Elvis had learned during his time in the army in Germany. The single sold 400,000 copies in Germany and over 500,000 copies in England.
