Three years have passed since Dua Lipa released her self-titled debut, which climbed to number three in the UK charts. in 2020, the eagerly awaited follow-up is now in the starting blocks: Here is "Future Nostalgia".

The British singer and songwriter has recorded eleven tracks for it. With the two singles "Don't Start Now" and "Physical", there have already been two previews.

And they show: From the "dark pop" of its predecessor, "Future Nostalgia" now moves more in the direction of disco pop. The album title apparently says it all.

According to her own statements, she was inspired by artists such as Gwen Stefani, Madonna, Moloko, Blondie and Outkast.

The result is an album that is in no way inferior to the strong first album. On the contrary: "Future Nostalgia" is catchy, hit-heavy, danceable and shows Dua Lipa's exciting further development.
