Stoned Statues – Nothing Is Ever Over

Finnish alternative metal trio Stoned Statues will release their highly anticipated third studio album, *Nothing Is Ever Over*, on June 12 via Sakara Records. The band’s upcoming third album was created in a way unlike anything they’ve done before. Jenna Kosunen (vocals, bass), Markus Hakala (vocals, guitar), and Allu Tanskanen (drums)—who have been making music together since they met at the Ahlman Music School in Tampere in 2019 — spent much of 2025 intentionally on the road, writing more material than ever before and working with new producers Janne Joutsenniemi and Miitri Aaltonen. The album tells the story of the past three years for all three of them—as individuals and as a band—documenting their growth, friendship, and the particular pressure of existing in a world that feels increasingly unstable.
