Quincy Jones' 1974 album "Body Heat" effortlessly blends jazz-funk with sophisticated urban soul and contemporary R&B and features a killer line-up including Herbie Hancock, Dave Grusin, Billy Preston, Wah Wah Watson, Hubert Laws, Leon Ware and Bernard Purdie, Grady Tate, James Gadson, Minnie Riperton and Al Jarreau. Only "Q" could put together something so grandiose! The tracks include the great "If I Ever Lose This Heaven", the touching ballad "Everything Must Change" and the groovy title track "Body Heat".
