BLAZE OF PERDITION, black metal band from Lublin/Poland, return in 2024 with their sixth album Upharsin.

"With Upharsin we wanted to open the wounds of humanity as a collective," writes the band. "The album reflects on how people tend to get carried away by conflict and strife. How religions and politics and other aspects of our daily lives are corrupted and driven by our baser instincts, as we willfully refuse to learn from our own history, as we choose to ignore and neglect the shadow aspect of our psychic reality, which in turn leads us further and further into the eternal cycle of violence. It is probably the most realistic approach we have taken, with significantly less spiritual leanings and a much more down-to-earth approach."
