Shakira is releasing two longplayers just six months apart: "Fijacion Oral Vol. 1" in June and now "Oral Fixation Vol. 2". And this is also a world first: while the first album only contained songs in Spanish, the next album will be "international" again - i.e. recorded in English. Vol. 2" contains exclusively new Shakira compositions, including the track "Illegal", which was written together with Carlos Santana. Both albums were produced by Rick Rubin.

The anniversary edition on LP is enriched with three bonus remixes that illustrate Shakira's development of innovative rock and pop sounds.
