Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes ‎– Havin' A Party With Southside Johnny CD

In the seventies Miami Steve Van Zandt acted as the co-leader from the “Asbury Jukes”, like Springsteen also from New Jersey, and existing partly from “E-street” members. The songwriters duo behind these “Jersey Boys” were Van Zandt & Springsteen. “Havin’ A Party With” is a collection of their three Columbia studio albums 1976-1978, and they were all produced by Steven Van Zandt. In the mid-seventies when The Boss started to tour around the world several “Jukes” became “E-Streets” including Van Zandt. Although the title song is from Sam Cooke the biggest part of the party was composed and written by the “Jersey Boys” Steven Van Zandt and Bruce Springsteen.
