Scooter – Age Of Love

After Scooter reissued their first three albums in 2020 and 2021 or for the first time on record, fans of the German dance icons can now also enjoy the vinyl reissue of their fourth album. "Age Of Love" will be released for the first time ever as an LP. Until now it was only available as CD and MC.

"Age Of Love" was originally released on August 27, 1997, just one year after "Wicked!". Scooter at that time still consisted of the three founding members H. P. Baxxter, Rick J. Jordan and Ferris Bueller. Like its predecessor, the twelve-song record was recorded with the production team The Loop! at Hamburg's Loop Dance Constructions Studios. Jordan handled the mixing and sound engineering. "Age Of Love", however, was the last album Bueller worked on. He left the band a year later and started his solo career. He was replaced by Axel Coon.

Singles from "Age Of Love" were the songs "Fire" and the title track. "Fire" reached number five in the charts in Germany and Austria, and even number one in Finland. The Age of Love" also reached number one in Finland and number 14 in Germany. The album reached number 19 in Germany and number four in Finland.

Scooter formed in 1993, and the German techno and EDM band led by charismatic frontman and singer H. P. Baxxter has released 20 albums to date. They have also released 23 top 10 singles and sold more than 30 million records in over 50 countries. Their last album "God Save The Rave" was released in 2021.
