"Sneakin' Suspicion" is the fourth album by the English band Dr. Feelgood, which was released in 1977. During the recording of "Sneakin' Suspicion", the band almost broke up after the departure of guitarist, songwriter and main protagonist Wilko Johnson. The album reached number 10 in the UK album charts in June 1977 and stayed there for six weeks.
