Trivium ‎– The Crusad

"The Crusade" was Trivium's third album, which was produced by Jason Suecof and mixed by Colin Richardson. Before the album was released, the band pre-released three songs on their MySpace account.

The album was certified silver in the UK, selling more than 60,000 copies and reaching number 7 in the UK charts. In the US, it debuted at #25 on the Billboard 200. "Detonation" was part of Guitar Hero II, while "Anthem (We Are The Fire)" appeared in Burnout Dominator, Sleeping Dogs and Saints Row 2.

The band supported the album with tours with Iron Maiden and Metallica and played the Black Crusade Tour with Machine Head, Arch Enemy, Dragonforce and Shadows Fall, supported Annihilator and Sanctity on their European tour and were part of Korn's Family Values Tour.
