For Record Store Day 2025 Decca celebrates the legacy of John Mayall with a new remaster of his debut record ‘John Mayall Plays John Mayall’. This incredible live performance was recorded at the Klooks Kleek in London in 1964 and was released in 1965 marking the 60th anniversary of the album.
This release also includes bonus tracks, on vinyl for the first time previously found on the Deluxe CD version of the album. The album includes legendary performers John Mayall, Roger Dean, John McVie and Hughie Flint with additional parts from Nigel Stanger. This album will be pressed on red and black marble vinyl
