Arc Records are proud to announce 'Lost Takes'; a collection of tracks recorded by Roberta Flack in the sessions leading up to the recording of her breakthrough debut album 'First Take'. The music has never been released on vinyl before and is presented here as a double LP in a beautiful midnight blue gatefold sleeve, pressed on heavyweight 180g black vinyl and with an accompanying letter from Harmony Holiday.

This album is the third in a series of special reissues from the historic archives of the Atlantic Jazz Archive, personally curated by DJ and broadcaster Gilles Peterson. Hear Roberta's interpretation of a number of jazz classics, including Peterson's favorite Afro Blue, at one of her creative peaks.
