"Veronica Electronica", an eight-track accompaniment to "Ray of Light", was originally conceived by Madonna in 1998 as a remix album. However, the project was shelved due to the overwhelming success of the original album and the numerous hit singles that were the focus of interest for over a year. "Ray of Light" sold over 16 million copies worldwide and earned Madonna four GRAMMY® Awards, including Best Pop Album.
More than 25 years later, this long-rumored concept is finally coming to fruition. The collection features re-edited versions of club remixes by Sasha, BT and Victor Calderone, along with the original demo of "Gone, Gone, Gone" - a previously unreleased recording produced by Madonna and Rick Nowels. Veronica Electronica is released on limited edition silver vinyl and digitally, and is another high-quality addition to Madonna's Silver Collection.
