(Minneapolis, MN & New York, NY - December 12, 2025) NPG Records and Paisley Park Enterprises, in partnership with Legacy Recordings, the catalog division of Sony Music Entertainment, announce the 10th anniversary of Prince's HITnRUN Phase One and HITnRUN Phase Two. For the first time, both HITnRUN Phase One (as a 1LP on black vinyl) and HITnRUN Phase Two (as a double LP on black vinyl) will be available on vinyl, and the tracks will be reissued on CD for the first time since their initial release in 2015.

Prince first used the term "Hit n Run" to describe the pop-up shows he gave throughout his career. In the summer of 2015, Prince announced that he would be releasing an album with the same name - and that "things were going to get experimental, weird and super funky".

"HITnRUN Phase One" was released on September 7, 2015 and was Prince's 38th studio album, featuring all new material and recorded in the two years leading up to its release. It was primarily a collaboration with Joshua Welton and marked the first time Prince had worked with a co-producer. It also featured THIRDEYEGIRL, Rita Ora, Judith Hill, Lianne La Havas and Curly Fryz. The album reached #7 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and #70 on the Billboard 200.
