From the soaring title track Rise, to the driving Run Into the Dark, the rainy big-city romance of Whispers in the Rain, to the hypnotic depths of Ghosts Never Sleep and the seductive darkness of Poison Lips – each song tells its own moment of a film that burns itself directly into your memory. Synths float, drums pulsate, and somewhere between memory and future, a neon-coloured gate opens into another world.
