XXXTentacion (23.01.1998 - 18.06.2018) was an American rapper and singer. He belonged to a new trend in hip hop that is often referred to as emo rap. His second album went to #1 in the USA and #13 in Germany.

17 was his first album not released here, Skins his third and last. He made headlines not least because of numerous assaults and attacks. On June 18, 2018, he was robbed and shot by several perpetrators while leaving a motorsports store in Deerfield Beach. Relatives in sound & spirit are Post Malone, 21 Savage, Lil Peep etc. The sound is often enriched with trap basses, indie guitars and drum synths.
