Under the series title "Catalogue 1985 - 2012", the Pet Shop Boys revisit their impressive career. The British electropop icons have been releasing their entire oeuvre, i.e. all albums between 1985 and 2016, again for several years.

The special thing about the re-releases: In addition to the completely remastered album songs, there are various "further listening" CDs with rarities such as demos, remixes and single B-sides. These also include some unreleased tracks.

After the Pet Shop Boys re-released their first six albums back in 2001, "Nightlife", "Release" and "Fundamental" will be released in 2017.

"Fundamental" is the ninth studio album by Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe. It was originally released on May 19, 2006 and reached number four in the album charts in Germany and number five in the UK.

The best-known singles from "Fundamental" include the songs "I'm With Stupid", "Minimal" and "Numb".
