Mistaken Identity is the second studio album by Australian singer Delta Goodrem. It was a huge success in Australia, peaking at #1 on the country's album chart and achieving a certification of five times Platinum. The album was also very well received in New Zealand, UK, and several European countries. Delta's second number one album can be described as more classically piano driven, venturing into pop rock and pop jazz. The album features five singles, including "Almost Here (feat. Brian McFadden)", "Out Of The Blue", "Mistaken Identity", "A Little Too Late" and "Be Strong".

Mistaken Identity is available on vinyl for the first time as a limited edition of 2000 individually numbered copies on translucent blue coloured vinyl, housed in a gatefold sleeve and includes an insert with lyrics.
