Under the series title "Catalogue 1985 - 2012", the Pet Shop Boys revisit their impressive career. The British electropop icons have been releasing their complete works, i.e. all albums between 1985 and 2016, again for several years.

The special thing about the re-releases: In addition to the completely remastered album songs, there are various "further listening" CDs with rarities such as demos, remixes and single B-sides. These also include some unreleased tracks.

After the Pet Shop Boys re-released their first six albums back in 2001, "Nightlife", "Release" and "Fundamental" will be released in 2017.

"Nightlife" is the seventh studio album by Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe. It was originally released on October 8, 1999 and the singles include the songs "I Don't Know What You Want But I Can't Give It Any More", "New York City Boy" and "You Only Tell Me You Love Me When You're Drunk". Kylie Minogue can be heard as a guest singer on the track "In Denial". The album reached number seven in the UK charts. In Germany, it even climbed to number two.
