Great news for record lovers among Placebo fans: the British alternative rock icons are reissuing all seven studio albums from 1996 to 2013 on vinyl in 2019.

"Placebo" is Placebo's first studio album. It was originally released on July 16, 1996 and laid the foundation for the band's career, which continues to this day.

The songs "Bruise Pristine", "Come Home", "36 Degrees", "Teenage Angst" and "Nancy Boy" were released as singles.

"Placebo" reached number five in the charts in their native UK.
